Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup almond or coconut milk

  • a handful radish microgreens

    Instructions: 

    1. Add the frozen bananas, frozen blackberries, and chia seeds to a blender and blend on low for 1-2 minutes.
    2. Add the milk and blend again. Scrape down the sides when needed.
    3. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with desired toppings. We used radish microgreens, kiwi slices, pineapple slices, chia seeds, and granola.
