Care: What should I do if something is damaged, missing from the order or lost?

Within the 1-year warranty:

All our ingarden appliances come with a 1-year warranty. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met:

  • You have purchased the product within the last year
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or e-mail with purchase confirmation).
  • We cannot provide a replacement under warranty for damage caused by the user

If you have any questions about the ingarden warranty, please contact our support team at info.us@ingarden.com. There you will receive shipping information and further details if necessary. For damage caused by the user, we cannot provide compensation under the warranty. We may cover shipping costs associated with a warranty-related return or replacement.

Outside the 1-year warranty or in the event of self-inflicted damage:
