What if my device is damaged during the rental period?

We grant a 1-year warranty on all our add-on appliances. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met:

  • You have purchased the product within the last 2 years
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or e-mail with purchase confirmation).
  • Damage caused by the user cannot be replaced under warranty


If you have any questions about the ingarden warranty, please contact our support team at info.us@ingarden.com. They will provide you with shipping information and further details if necessary. For damage caused by the user, we cannot provide compensation under the warranty. We can cover the shipping costs associated with a warranty-related return or replacement.
